Delivery Service Options
IntelliPrint provides several delivery services to choose from, giving users the ability to select the best option for their needs. The following table provides a description of the available delivery services:

Envelope / Pack Type
Intelliprint offers a variety of envelope options for letters, as well as boxes for larger documents. Selecting the right envelope is essential for ensuring that your mail arrives safely and securely to its destination.
C5 Envelope
C5 envelopes are perfect for smaller documents, they can hold up to 15 A4 sheets folded to A5.
C4 Envelope
For larger documents, C4 envelopes can hold up to 50 unfolded A4 sheets.
C4+ Padded Envelope
For even more protection, C4+ padded envelopes can hold up to 250 unfolded A4 sheets.
A4 Boxes
If you’re sending large quantities of documents, A4 boxes are the best option. They can hold up to 2000 unfolded A4 sheets.
Mixed Pack Types
Intelliprint is unique in that it allows you to use different envelope types in the same submission. For example, if you choose to send your letters in C5 envelopes, but several letters are more than 15 pages, only the letters over 15 pages will be upgraded to C4 envelopes automatically. This makes managing your mailings much easier with our service.
International Items
Sending mail internationally is just as easy as sending it domestically. Simply select the “International” postage service and upload your international items on the same submission. Intelliprint will handle the rest.
