Viewing Mail History

Access your complete mailing history to view details of all letters sent through Intelliprint:

Accessing Mail History

  1. Click "History" in the main navigation menu
  2. View a list of all mailings in chronological order
  3. Click any entry to view detailed information

Search & Filter Options

  • Search by recipient name or address
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by mail status
  • Filter by mail type (letter, batch, etc.)
  • Filter by team or user (for administrators)

Exporting History

  • Export to CSV for spreadsheet analysis
  • Download PDF reports
  • Save filtered views for regular reporting
  • Schedule automated exports

Mail Status Tracking

Status Definitions

Submitted

Document has been uploaded and is queued for processing

Processing

Document is being prepared for printing

Printed

Document has been printed and is being prepared for dispatch

Dispatched

Mail has been collected by Royal Mail

Delivered

Confirmation of delivery (for tracked items)

Tracking Timeline

Each mail piece includes a detailed timeline showing:

  • Submission date and time
  • Processing milestones
  • Dispatch information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Actual delivery confirmation (for tracked items)

Batch Tracking

For bulk mailings and mail merge jobs, track multiple items efficiently:

Batch Overview

  • Total items in batch
  • Processing progress
  • Success/failure statistics
  • Delivery status breakdown

Individual Item Tracking

  • Search within batch by recipient
  • Filter by status
  • View individual tracking details
  • Export selected items
