Future Delivery Date

Schedule your mail to be sent on a specific future date, perfect for campaigns and time-sensitive communications.

How to Schedule:

  1. Complete your mail preparation as usual
  2. Before final submission, look for the "Schedule Delivery" option
  3. Select your desired future delivery date from the calendar
  4. Confirm your selection and complete your order

Important Notes

  • You can schedule delivery up to 90 days in advance
  • Orders are charged at the time of submission, not delivery
  • Scheduled orders can be viewed and cancelled in your history until processing begins
  • Processing begins the working day before the scheduled delivery date

Royal Mail Collection & Delivery

Intelliprint partners with Royal Mail to provide reliable delivery services across the UK and internationally. Here's what you need to know about our collection and delivery process:

Daily Collection

Royal Mail collects all processed mail from our production facility each working day at 5:30pm.

Processing Cutoff Times

For same-day processing, submit your mail by 3:00pm. Orders after this time will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery: 2-3 working days after processing. First Class: 1-2 working days after processing. These are Royal Mail's target timescales and not guaranteed.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays. Orders submitted before these periods will resume processing on the next working day.
