Our ISO certifications reflect our commitment to meeting the highest international standards across quality, environmental responsibility, and information security — independently verified by the Centre for Assessment (CfA), UKAS certification body number 0120.
Our certifications
Three ISO certifications
Each certification is subject to regular audit and verification by Centre for Assessment (CfA).
ISO 9001
Quality Management System. Verifies our commitment to consistently delivering high-quality services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, through systematic process management and continuous improvement.
ISO 14001
Environmental Management System. Confirms our dedication to environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and minimising our ecological footprint, in line with relevant environmental legislation.
ISO 27001
Information Security Management System. Validates our approach to protecting sensitive information — confidentiality, integrity, and availability — across every stage of the mailing process.
Scope of certification
Our ISO certifications apply specifically to our mail processing operations and data management systems. This includes:
- Digital mail submission process
- Document handling and production
- Data storage and management
- Delivery coordination
These certifications do not apply to third-party delivery services or products manufactured by other companies that we may use in our service delivery.
Certification authority & logo usage
Our ISO certifications are issued by Centre for Assessment (CfA), an accredited certification body with UKAS certification number 0120. All certification logos displayed on our website and materials include this certification number in compliance with CfA-UKAS Brand Guidance.
Compliance requirements
- Displaying logos at the required minimum size of 20mm height
- Maintaining the proper proportions and colours
- Including the certification body number (0120)
- Using the logos only in permitted contexts
- Not altering the logos in any way
Usage restrictions
The logos are not used on products or product packaging, on test or calibration reports, in a misleading manner regarding our certification scope, or on buildings or flags.
