Bulk mail · Campaigns · Triggered sends
Direct mail that cuts through digital noise.
Physical mail lands in a channel your competitors have abandoned. Upload your own recipient list (CSV or API), or talk to our team about sourcing one for you. We print, envelope, and post — same-day dispatch before 3pm.
How it works
From mailing list to mailbox.
Build your list
Import recipients and map the fields your templates need.
Design or upload
Create a letter or postcard template, or upload a PDF to split and personalise.
Send or automate
Confirm in the dashboard, or trigger the same template and list from your systems.
Your list or ours
Bring your list, or ask us to source one.
Two routes depending on whether you already have your audience or need us to find them.
Your own list
Upload a CSV of recipients through the dashboard, or pass them via API. We verify addresses against Royal Mail's PAF before we print, so no budget goes on undeliverable records.
We source it for you
Tell our team what audience you want to reach — postcode-led, property type, demographics, or anything more specific. We'll source a GDPR-compliant list on your behalf and share it back with you before the send.
What to send
Choose the format that fits the offer.
Postcards
Full-colour, double-sided, A5 or A6. Highest response rates for marketing. From 89p per card.
Letters
Personalised letters in a standard or premium envelope. Ideal for offers that need more explanation or regulated communications. From 84p per letter.
Larger formats
Multi-page brochures, catalogues, or folded materials. Talk to us about format specs and pricing for larger pieces.
Why direct mail still works in a digital world
Direct mail works because physical mail enters a different attention category than digital. Email competes with hundreds of daily messages for seconds of consideration. A postcard on the doormat competes with maybe three other pieces for real-time, focused attention.
Three things mail does that email cannot. Tangibility: a card pinned to a fridge lasts weeks, quietly working on the recipient. Trust: a letter reads as intentional, authentic, considered. Perceived effort: a printed message implies care, and care earns attention.
The usual objection is cost. The correct comparison is cost-per-response, not cost-per-piece. At a 4.4% response rate versus email's 0.12%, even a modest direct mail send can beat a high-volume email campaign on actual conversions. The ANA/DMA 2025 report backs this up across industries.
FAQ
Common direct mail questions.
What is direct mail marketing?
Direct mail is physical marketing material — postcards, letters, or brochures — sent to a targeted list of recipients. It covers both cold prospecting (people who've never heard of you) and warm outreach (existing customers, lapsed buyers, known segments).
What response rate should I expect?
According to the ANA/DMA Response Rate Report 2025, direct mail averages a 4.4% response rate. Results vary with list quality, offer relevance, and format. House lists (your own customers and prospects) typically see 5-9% response. Cold prospect lists average 2-4.4%.
How do I provide a mailing list?
Two options. Upload your own CSV or send it via our API — that's the self-serve route. Or contact our team and we'll source a list for you on your behalf, matched to your target audience (postcode, property type, demographics, or a more specific brief). All sourced lists are GDPR compliant.
How quickly can a campaign go out?
If you're uploading your own list, the send itself is same-day dispatched before 3pm. If we're sourcing a list for you, allow a few business days for the list to come back before the send — we'll agree the timeline at the start.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Send one piece or tens of thousands through the same platform. Per-piece prices don't change based on volume, though large campaigns usually benefit from a conversation with us about design, list sourcing, and send strategy.
Can I track responses?
Yes. Add a QR code, unique URL, or offer code to each piece to attribute responses cleanly. Per-recipient variables can be set via the API or CSV merge, so each piece can carry a unique identifier if you need one.
Can I build my own targeted list in the dashboard?
Yes — self-serve targeting (postcode radius, demographic filters, all driven from the dashboard) is on the roadmap. Today, the fastest way to run a targeted campaign is to brief our team on your audience and we'll source the list for you.
