The dashboard is the default route.

The dashboard sits behind dashboard.intelliprint.net and works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Entirely web-based

Nothing to install. Log in through a web browser, upload a document, pick an envelope and postage class, and it's on its way to print. First letter sent in minutes.

Unlimited team users

Add unlimited team members at no extra cost. Each user gets their own login, their own activity history, and per-user spending limits you set.

Full mailing history

See every mailing you've ever sent, with status, delivery tracking, and spend. Filter, search, re-send, or export — all in one place.

Everything Intelliprint does is exposed through the dashboard — including things the API doesn't expose because they're workflow-driven.

Send a single document

Upload a PDF, Word doc, Excel file, or common image format. We'll handle conversion, letterhead application, and envelope selection. Preview before you commit.

Bulk mail merge

Upload a CSV of recipients and one template document. The dashboard merges each row into a personalised piece and queues the lot for print. Same per-piece pricing as individual sends.

Templates & letterheads

Save reusable letterheads, upload one-off templates, and maintain a library of frequently-sent documents. Templates apply automatically, so your branding is consistent on every send.

Scheduled mailings

Schedule mail for a specific future date. Useful for renewal reminders, seasonal campaigns, or timing a letter to arrive with the right context.

Analytics & reporting

Track spending by user, team, or subaccount. Filter by date range, export to CSV, and keep an eye on mail volumes without running separate reports.

Notifications

Email alerts for delivery confirmations, returns, and team activity. Configure per-user preferences, so nobody gets pinged about mail that isn't theirs.

Sign up at account-v2.intelliprint.net. No credit card required to create an account.

2 · Upload

Upload your first document through the upload wizard. PDF recommended for best print fidelity, but Word and other formats work too.

3 · Preview & send

Add recipient addresses, pick envelope format and postage class, preview the finished piece, check the cost estimate, and confirm.

4 · Track

Watch the status update through printing, dispatch, and delivery. Access the full history any time.

Common questions.

Do I need to download anything?

No. The dashboard is entirely web-based and runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. There's no dedicated mobile app at the moment, but the dashboard is responsive and works in mobile browsers.

Can multiple people use one account?

Yes. Add as many team members as you need at no extra cost. Each person gets their own login and their own activity log, and you can set per-user spending limits or permission levels from the dashboard admin settings.

Is it secure?

The dashboard runs over TLS, authentication is standard credentialed login, and we're ISO 27001 certified end-to-end. Your documents are encrypted in transit, processed in our Leeds facility, and deleted after printing.

Can I see mailings sent months or years ago?

Yes. The dashboard maintains a complete history of every mailing ever sent from your account. You can search, filter, re-send documents, and export data to CSV for accounting or reporting purposes.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF is recommended for best print results — fonts are embedded and layout is preserved. Word documents (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), common images (JPG, PNG), and plain text also work.

Can I schedule mail for a future date?

Yes. Pick a future date when you submit a mailing — the dashboard will queue it and dispatch on the chosen day. Good for birthday cards, renewal reminders, seasonal promotions, or coordinating with a broader campaign.
